Microsoft Azure, a growing collection of cloud services, integrated three more blockchain companies into their offer for future clients. The new members of the family are Factom, Eris and CoinPrism.

According to the project blog, it has “formed a line onboarding new partners and customers into the staging area awaiting the official launch of the category in the Azure Marketplace.”

Eris Industries is “a leading platform for industrial applications of smart contract technology. Eris:db blockchains are permissionable, logic optimized blockchains which run EVM compatible blockchains within a permissioned blockchain network.”

CoinPrism is an open source distributed ledger technology that allows users to issue and manage digital assets in a robust, secure and scalable way.

As CoinFox reported earlier, Factom helps clients to simplify records management, record business processes, and deal with security and compliance issues. The company will give Azure’s clients the possibility to use factomid service already in the first quarter of 2016.

Microsoft Azure is a “growing collection of integrated cloud services”, including analytics, computing, database, mobile, networking, storage and web. The service provides entrepreneurs with a wide range of tools necessary to build and manage different sorts of applications. It is on the market since 2010.

Recently Azure became interested in practical applications of blockchain technology. This year the company introduced support for Ethereum.
